A game they love.
A reason to engage.

We use young people's interest in gaming to open up opportunities for connection, learning and personal development.

Youth work with educational purpose

Start with interest.
Build towards growth.

Some young people need a different setting to feel comfortable, take part and find their voice. Our Wythenshawe centre brings gaming, supportive relationships and purposeful learning together.

  • A welcoming setting for learners who may struggle to engage elsewhere.
  • Opportunities to practise communication, teamwork and leadership.
  • A conversation with your school about learner needs, suitability and intended outcomes.

Ways to work together

Different learners.
Meaningful opportunities.

School enrichment

Group gaming experiences that bring pupils together, encourage participation and give them opportunities to practise social and personal skills.

Alternative provision

Purposeful sessions for young people aged 11–16, with a focus on engagement, relationships and personal development. Discuss referrals and suitability with us.

SEND groups

A conversation about the environment, group size and support your learners need, so that we can explore whether a visit is a good fit.

Learning you can see

Skills beyond
the screen.

Our educational focus is on young people and their progress. We discuss intended outcomes with referring schools and build a shared picture of participation and development.

Communication

Express ideas, listen to others and contribute to a group.

Teamwork & leadership

Share responsibility, support peers and work towards a common goal.

Confidence & resilience

Try something new, handle setbacks and recognise personal progress.

Healthy digital habits

Think about balance, online behaviour and positive choices.

Useful to know

Let's find the right fit.

Who do you work with?

We welcome enquiries from schools, pupil referral units, SEND settings and organisations supporting young people. Alternative provision is focused on ages 11–16; we discuss enrichment suitability with each group.

Do pupils need to be experienced gamers?

No. A willingness to explore gaming together is a starting point. We discuss interests, confidence and support needs before arranging a group visit.

What about safeguarding and additional needs?

Supervision, age-appropriate gaming and safeguarding are central to our work. Talk to us about your learners' needs and school requirements before booking. You can also read our published safeguarding policy.

How do we discuss a visit or placement?

Contact us with your setting, group size, age range and broad aims. We can then discuss suitability, availability, pricing and next steps. Please use the first enquiry for general details; arrange a suitable route with us for sensitive pupil information.
