Our community • Funders & partners

The game brings them in.
Community helps them grow.

Young people deserve somewhere to belong and people who believe in them. Victory Gaming creates opportunities to connect, learn and build confidence through the games they love.

Local relationships.
Lasting possibilities.

Our Manchester esports centre is a meeting point for young people, families, schools and community partners. Open play, after-school clubs, education sessions and events create different ways to take part.

We are a Christian youth work organisation, welcoming young people from all faiths and none. Care, respect and the value of every young person are at the heart of our community.

The difference we work towards

More connection.
More confidence.
More opportunity.

Our focus is on the young person behind the controller: their relationships, participation and next steps.

A place to belong

A welcoming community where young people can meet others, build friendships and take part in something together.

Skills for everyday life

Opportunities to grow in communication, teamwork, resilience and leadership, with support from adults who care.

Room to take a next step

Encouragement to participate, take responsibility, discover strengths and explore future possibilities.

Where support makes a difference

Invest in people
and possibility.

Funding and partnerships help us sustain positive spaces and reach young people through an interest that matters to them.

People who show up

Support staffing and youth work time that makes consistent relationships possible.

Spaces that welcome

Help provide equipment and a positive, supervised place to meet and play.

Wider participation

Help keep community activities accessible and create opportunities for more young people.

Learning & next steps

Support purposeful education sessions and connections with schools and local partners.

A conversation backed by evidence

See the people.
Understand the progress.

Ask us for our latest impact report and a conversation about your funding priorities. We can discuss the evidence available, the work you would support and how progress could be reported.

  • Attendance and engagement across our activities.
  • Anonymised feedback and examples of personal development.
  • A clear conversation about project aims, costs and reporting.

Young people's privacy comes first. We share anonymised information appropriately and do not publish identifiable pupil casework.
